Dr. Anil Heroor had a wonderful weekend in Chittagong, Bangladesh, where he was privileged to be invited as faculty for the Rectal Cancer Update organized by Prof. Md Sanaullah Shelly and the CRTF Trust. He was pleasantly surprised by the number and enthusiasm of all the delegates who stayed on for a meeting that extended long into the evening. Dr. Heroor gave a talk on Robotic Intersphincteric Resection and was part of two expert panels. He had the opportunity to meet many old friends, including Prof. Shahadot Hussein, Prof. Nur Hossain Shaheen, and many others. The icing on the cake was winning a wristwatch in a raffle draw, marking his first such win. Dr. Heroor extended kudos to Prof. Sanaullah for organizing an excellent meeting.
